Today we visited the Wonder Room to continuing exploring solids and liquids. While in there, we combined corn starch, food coloring and water. Below you will find pictures of our experiment.
Nate's thoughts... what we did was mix cornstarch with water and dip food coloring in the water and it will turn into the color of your food coloring and mix it with your hands and it will be a solid and a liquid it was really fun but i wonder what are we gonna do next time?
Emma's thoughts... When we made the experiment the materials we used corn starch and water.When we made it you have to gather all your materials then you mix the water with the corn starch.Next, you mix it with your hands and it will start to get thicker as you mix.It was a super fun experiment.We made oobleck that was blue.But you can make it any color you want to.That's the experiment that room 100 did.
Allie's thoughts.... We put water and food coolering in corn starech.If you pik it up and let go it feels like goo. I did not like tuching it. Angela made it go evrry were.I thougt it whash funny.I feelt like Smurf.That is whut i did in the Wonder room
